The Busgosu
Description • The "Busgosu or Bugosu" is a divinity of the
Asturian forests, half man and half goat. • Its most characteristic physical features are the
horns, which come out of its head, a very hairy torso and ram's feet.
• His way of being is tinged with mocking nuances and is something sappy, which is like another Asturian mythological character called Diañu Burlón.
Some pictures of the Busgosu. The third one is a sculpture you can find here in Asturias, in
a forest.
