The ProjectBusiness Park Dalmatia is intended for development of logistic, production, retail and other types of commercial facilities. The project site with a total land area of 243.156 m2 (24 ha) offers an opportunity for national and international investors to develop and grow their business within the Croatian and regional markets. It boasts flexible and modern infrastructure satisfying the requirements for all business sectors alike, as well as teh excellent traffic connections.

Park se može pohvaliti fleksibilnom i suvremenom infrastrukturom koja će zadovoljiti potrebe svih sektora privrede, kao i izvrsnom prometnom povezanošću. Nedavno je vodeći regionalni lanac supermarketa Tommy kupio 80.000 kvadratnih metara u sjeveroistočnom dijelu Business Parka Dalmatia za potrebe logističko-distribucijskog centra čija izgradnja započinje 2020.

LocationBusiness Park Dalmatia is located within the Dugopolje Business Zone, at the A1 Zagreb to Dubrovnik Motorway junction, only 15 kilometres or 10 minutes dual carriageway drive from Split, and 30 minutes drive from Split International Airport. This location provides excellent traffic connections to all other major coastal towns and cities, as well as to neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Within this established and well known commercial location there are alkready more then 180 companies employing more than 3200 people.

The Podi West Business Zone, the largest development section of the Dugopolje Business Zone, where the BPD is located, is laid on the western side of the state road D1 dual carriageway, and only few hundred metres from junction Dugopolje on the A1 Motorway.

LokacijaBusiness Park Dalmatia se nalazi u poslovnoj zoni Dugopolje, neposredno uz autocestu A1, samo 15 km ili 10minuta vožnje brzom cestom iz Splita te 30 minuta vožnje od Međunarodne zračne luke Split. Ova lokacija pruža izvrsne prometne veze sa svim većim obalnim gradovima i susjednom Bosnom i Hercegovinom i Crnom Gorom. Unutar ove uhodane i dobro poznate poslovne zone već postoji više od 180 tvrtki s više od 3200 zaposlenika.

Poslovna zona Podi Zapad, unutar koje se nalazi BPD, je trenutno najveći razvojni dio Poslovne zone Dugopolje. Leži na zapadnoj strani državne brze ceste D1 i samo nekoliko stotina metara od čvora Dugopolje na autocesti A1.
