C-HRMS

C-HRMS is a Web based Software Solution for Human Resource Management of Large Organizations. Developed in ASP.net as the front end and Oracle as well as MS-SQL for the Backend Database Integration.

C-HRMS covers complete HR activity cycle. It is a flexible and configurable system, which solves the problem of scalability in large and growing organizations with multiple locations.

It’s also flexible enough to fulfill the requirement of the multiple group organizations which have different set of rules, department wise, organization wise, employee grade wise etc.

C-HRMS increases efficiency of HR processes of various industries like manufacturing, service industry by bringing speed and transparency in the information flow and hence supports the crucial organization asset- The Human Resource.

Online System to provide mobility: As the system is completely web based. Hence once implemented in a server, can be accessed from anywhere where internet is available. Also within LAN or Intranet. This can also be accessed form device of any platform as the product’s GUI is Web Browser based.

Highly Secured: Each and Every form as well as functionality has authentication level, for use as per the user rights. With high end back up and recovery techniques this system is highly secured and robust.

Integration with Time attendance Machines: Can be integrated with existing or new time attendance machines like Face recognition, finger print, smart/proximity card etc. Once integrated the system schedules automatic raw file extraction from the machine. Each and other activity is maintained automatically. This way a higher level of automation can be achieved.



Web based Workflow Management System : The employees, can provide or gather information from the online Employee Self Service Module. The information is automatically forwarded for approval, to higher level of authority who can gather them using the Management Self Service Module.

Boost employee productivity and skills: Training programs can be arranged and feedback obtained through training program can be stored. The MBO Appraisal Model allows managers and team leaders with accurate decision support system for the improvement of the organization.
