3.0 DYNAMIC SYSTEM SET FOR CAD-CAM
Titanium Base for Cad-Cam structures made of Zirconium, metal and PMMA, to pro-vide solutions to the correction of implants bad-positioned for unitary and multiple prosthesis.
Specifications and advantages:-Correction of screw entry from 0° to 30°.-Improved system increasing the useful life of the screw, and avoiding screw head damage and breakage. -Screws are supplied well-identified with batch number and product code to allow the correct traceability and the registration of each screw in the patient record.-Different lengths of each metrics to facilitate the adaptation to your milled structures.-Download STL files from website: http://www.dynamicabutment.com/soluciones_cadcam

The screw-screwdriver set of 3.0 Dynamic Abutment® system is used in those cases which are necessary to rectify the entry of the screw due to an unfavorable position of the implants, improving the functionality and aesthetics of the milled prosthesis.
3.0 DYNAMIC TITANIUM BASES FOR CAD-CAM
-Totally machined, with precision of ± 10 microns, for a perfect adjustment with the implant.-Double height with side cut that allows the angulation up to 30º.-Can be used both for angled or straight fixation using the screw and screwdriver of 3.0 Dynamic Abutment®.-Exterior retentions that improve the prosthesis grip. -Freedom of lateral movement of the screwdriver up to 90°.-Scannable scanbody of PEEK that allows the correct positioning of the Dynamic Titanium base in the CAD working area.

Anatomic tooth design made in CAD and subsequent CAM work.
Screw the Titanium Base over the implant. Then, fix the Scanbody which is adjusted to the Titanium Base thanks to its design avoiding its breakage.Example of elements order (fig. 1)

TALLADIUM GUARANTEE
TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese guarantee terms and conditions (“T&C”) cover the entire range of Talladium España SL products (“Products”), that are manufactured by Talladium España SL and distributed by Geoda Medical, SL or its official dealers.The guarantee described in these T&C’s is exclusively for the benefit of the clinician (“Clinician”) and of the dental technician (“Technician”) and not for the benefit of any third parties, institutions or patients.
GUARANTEE PERIODTalladium España SL offers a lifetime guarantee for its entire range of products.
GUARANTEE SCOPESubject to the limitations and exceptions described in these T&C’s, Talladium España SL will offer the following benefits:QUALITY- If there are defects in the materials or in the manufacturing of the product, Talladium España SL will replace the product at no additional cost.SAFETY- If all instructions for use have been observed and the prosthesis needs to be remade due to the fault of the Dynamic Abutment® System, Talladium España SL will replace the abutments and screws that are necessary to remake the prosthesis at no cost. Talladium España SL will reimburse the costs of manufacture for such prosthesis.
CLAIM REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURETo receive the benefits indicated in these T&C’s, the treating Clinician must satisfy the following requirements:1) The clinician or technician must contact the customer service department to make the claim2) A completed claim form must be sent with the faulty product to Talladium España SL’s office.3) Clinicians and Technicians presenting a claim in agreement with these T&C’s must be up to date on any payments that are due.4) All procedures must be used in accordance with Talladium España SL’s instructions, as well as in accordance with common dentistry practices.The return shipping costs will be assumed by Talladium España SL in all of the cases covered by these T&C’s.
GENERAL LIMITATIONS OF THIS GUARANTEEWith the exception of the guarantee described in these T&C, neither Talladium España SL nor its representatives, nor third parties manufacturing or distributing the Products, represent or offer a guarantee, agreement or any other express or implicit, oral or written, commitment, with respect to the Products (without limitation), including guarantees involved in the marketing, durability or suitability for individual uses or purposes.In addition and within the maximum extent permitted by the relative law, Talladium España SL rejects (on its own behalf, and on behalf of its representatives and third parties that manufacture or distribute Products) any responsibility with respect to any direct or indirect damage caused, which may result from or be a consequence of the design, composition of the dental prosthesis into which the Products are integrated.
GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS- Talladium España SL limits this guarantee to:- Transformed abutments that form part of the dental prosthesis. But not the screws used to anchor them.- Problems derived from the use of laboratory screws for the definite fixation of the prosthesis. Talladium España SL has sterile clinical screws that satisfy that function.- Clinical screws that have been in the mouth for more than 2 years, as it is understood that the patient has to have annual check-ups with the subsequent change of screws.- The fault is due to normal wear and tear.
AMENDMENT OR SUSPENSION OF THE GUARANTEETalladium España SL reserves the right to amend or withdraw these T&C at any time and without prior notification. Any modification or suspension shall not affect products already installed in patients.
