JOB with the reputed company with HANDSOME SALARY

Comfortable Environment

Learning opportunities

A chance to display your skills

A Key ROLE in decision making

10 -12 lakh graduate engineers pass out every year

On an average, there are 3 lakh openings in India

Out of these, 65% openings are in IT sector

PSU’s & other Top Core companies recruit from Top

NITs

A lot of Engineering Graduates have to opt for BPO jobs

These jobs hardly require an Engineering skills

Few engineers opt for higher studies or going abroad

Don’t be Disheartened!! Add to Your Skills!!

JOB SCENARIO

Situation in the INDUSTRY

Skills related to the specific field in addition to Engineering Degree

o CAD, FEA & CFD tools for Design

o CAM Tools & NC Codes for Production

o 5S, KAIZEN for Quality

o ERP, SAP for Production Planning

o Primavera, MS Projects for Project Execution

o And so on….

Limited learning opportunities due to preset procedures

Assignment related working hours

Result oriented assignments

Limited say in decisions (because of lack of specific skill &

approach)

Not many industries spend on the training of their staff (individuals

with better skills are preferred)

What’s the solution?

• Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) is the use of

computer software for engineering tasks

• Useful in simulation, design, manufacturing, planning,

diagnosis and repair

• Used to analyze the robustness and performance of

components and assemblies

What is CAE?

CAE in Manufacturing

• Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM)

• CAM is the use of computer software to control machine tools and related machinery in the manufacturing of work-pieces

• CAM gives higher productivity, accuracy & precision

• Optimized sequencing can be done to reduce energy and cost

• Higher repeatability and quality

• Constant rate of production with minimal downtime

• Complex profiles and component models are directly fed to the machine program

Change in Manufacturing Scenario

Where as giving more smooth, sophisticated & efficient Production lines

Use of CAM has greatly increased Productivity
