• Work directly with the designer and pattern maker to assist in design development • Assist in creation of custom pieces for clients through proto testing and pattern manipulation• Assist designer in fittings and translate needed alterations to patterns• Estimating costs and efficiencies for product development and manufacturing• Technical package development in order to help communicate with factories regarding quality assurance• Researching fabrics and trims in concert with design director

• Work with the founders to create a focused direction for the companies designs• Create multiple unique textile designs to be produced for the company’s kickstarter • Flat Pattern development to produce three styles of workout leggings • Grade patterns to be suitable for full size range of leggings• Produce technical packages and communication with factory to ensure print quality

• Work directly with the designer to develop and establish direction of each collection• Research and compose compelling presentation boards that guide the design process• Illustrate fashion sketches to show design ideas and concepts• Generate colorations of garments in accordance with the collection’s direction• Flat sketch (knits and wovens) for Technical package Development• Work one-on-one with Pattern Makers and knitwear designer to create collection samples from first proto to final sample pattern• Communicating directly with high end factories in New York, Italy, and Asia regarding quality and construction of all collection samples • Source new garment finishing and fabric treatment facilities and communicate throughout sample making process • Calculate yields, order fabrics, and purchase trims for sample collections• Assisting in daily running of sample room, showroom, and special events
