St. Theresa Parishioner Family extends $500,000 Challenge Grant to
Match Every Dollar in New Giving to the Our Church, Our School, Our Future Capital
Campaign
My dear parishioners, parents, grandparents and friends,
This week, based on the success to date of the Our
Church, Our School, Our Future Capital Campaign, a parish
family has agreed to match every new pledge to the campaign
up to a total of $500,000. With more than $6.3 million
raised to date, this could add a total of $1 million to our cam-
paign bringing us to $7.2 million and counting.
The donor will match gifts from parishioners, friends,
parents and grandparents as long as the commitment is
made on or after March 11 through December 31, 2017.
This challenge is intended to leverage multi-year pledges from
those who have not yet made their formal pledge or commit-
ment to the campaign.
All should note that this is a second major commit-
ment from this parish family for which we are both astonished
and grateful beyond words. Again, as y our pastor I hope that
you will pledge or even increase your pledge in order to help
us to meet this extraordinarily generous challenge.
