Responsibilities of a CRM

ApplicationsDrive applications on the projects assigned by the Project Manager. Get 40

unique students to apply on the assigned projects in 4 weeks(Make sure you get atleast 10 unique students to apply every week)

You will be expected to educate your classmates and juniors about the benefits of joining OysterConnect.com. Forward

“OysterConnect.com - For Students” presentation to all your classmates and juniors

Currently we have projects with brands like Facebook, Trip Advisor, Zopper, Tata mRupee

(click on the logo to view company specific opportunities)

How to get ApplicationsShare the links of projects that have been assigned to you on your

WhatsApp groups and other social media to get applications on these projects

You will receive project links along with catchy texts everyday from your Project Managers.

Applications should be unique i.e. they should be from different students.

Get students to apply only on the projects assigned. Applications on other projects would not be counted.

The current location of the students applying must be: DelhiNCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa.

Student applying should not be a passed out student. His/her year of completion should be 2017/ 2018/ 2019/….and ahead.

Filling Referred Student Application form is of utmost importance (both registered and unregistered students) as your applications will

be tracked through the same.

Application Approval Criteria

Note - If you are making an unregistered student apply on a project, use your Unique Referral Link (Available on your OysterConnect profile) to get them register and then apply

Share Batch Information With Us

You are expected to share the following details of your batch in an excel format

• Student name• Email (Preferably college email id)

• Batch (2015-2017,2016-2018)• Course Name

You should share it within 2-3 days of your engagement as we will send out an introductory mailer to all your friends- announcing you as the

Campus Relations Manager for OysterConnect.com

We will upload their details on our network so that they receive regular communications about various opportunities that are being posted

On Campus Branding

CRMs will be expected to put up the posters in a prominent location such as Notice board at their campus/hostel

CRMs should click a selfie with the poster in the background & share it with their Project Manager

Campus Relations Manager is expected to achieve the following deliverables

• Get 40 unique students to apply in 4 weeks (minimum 10 should happen every week)

• Share your batch information in excel format• Like OysterConnect Facebook page and join OysterConnect Student Group on Facebook

• Put up OysterConnect.com poster in your college / hostel area and share a selfie

• Refer two of your friends whose current location should be DelhiNCR, Bangalore, Mumbai & Goa, to work on the CRM project

Deliverables of CRM
