Are we really ?
Population-wide indicators can show improvement while gaps and disparities persist
Overall, the trend line may be “better” but sub-population disparities must also be considered
Considering how to better communicate equity issues for each indicator
DRAWBACKS OF OUR COMMUNITY DASHBOARD
18
The data are not detailed enough to direct action or evaluate the success of specific strategies.
The organization maintaining the dashboard does not fund or provide direct client services.
No agency or organization is fully responsible for any one indicator.
Moving an indicator in the right direction requires action by multiple stakeholders, organizations, and the community at large.
BENEFITS OF OUR COMMUNITY DASHBOARD
