Contingency Training

Equips a consultant with the right tools and confidence to take on the market. Casey Young - Pentasia

The Process

Understand the needs of both the organisation and the individuals Design a specific tailored short course, workshop or coaching session Prepare comprehensive support materials for the delegates Deliver in-company bespoke session Feedback to managers to help support the application of the training back in the business

In-company, customised training days can have high impact on motivation and skill levels for both teams and individuals. In the current market place people are facing unfamiliar challenges and whilst they often have the skills or competencies in place, they don’t necessarily know how to apply them in a different situation.

Whether in the form of a bespoke short course or workshop or as one to one coaching sessions there is great value in bringing in external experts to re–enforce a message, up-skill a team or individual, or support and develop a management team.

If you have identified a skills or knowledge gap in a team or individuals, having a custom-built session designed and delivered especially to suit your company, market sector, culture and approach can quickly bridge the gap and provide renewed confidence and enthusiasm.

Source engaged Lander Associates mid 2008, when we realised that we needed to up skill our teams, to

enable them to cope in a market that was less than stable. The assistance that we received in terms of the

initial consultation to scope out our requirements, through the planning of our bespoke programme and to

the execution of the courses to our Consultants was an experience that we found both straight forward and

pleasurable to engage in! In addition to new skills for the Consultants, both Management and Director level

programmes were also entered into by the business - these were invaluable in fine tuning our skills to

guide our teams through the 'choppy waters'. Fiona and her team are professional, diligent and their

process driven, yet dynamic approach has invigorated our Consultants motivation and their desks!

Annika de Friend and Jonathan Lindon, Directors – Source Personnel

Claire Tuffin, MD - VMA Selection

Companies I have been involved in over the several years have
