The Woodlands offers a wide array of builders and home styles, a diverse portfolio of architecture, and choice of neighborhood settings. Here you can find the ideal home for your family, budget and life style.

According to the Houston Association of Realtors, (HAR) there are currently 147 active listings between $250,000 and $350,000. This amounts to 3.4 months of inventory. (Months of Inventory estimates the number of months it will take to deplete current active inventory based on the prior 12 months sales activity.) Last year 524 homes sold in The Woodlands between $250,000-$350,000, at an average sales price of $283,908.

The same source reports 71 single family homes between $351,000 and $450,000 are currently on the market resulting in 3.2 months of inventory. Last year 268 homes sold in this range at an average of sales price of $384,677

HAR reports single family homes between $451,000 to $550,000 total 41 current active listings resulting in 3 months of inventory. 163 homes in this range sold last year at an average of $480,777.

Single Family homes ranging from $551,000 to $650,000 currently total 29 active listings totaling 3.5 months of inventory. Last year 99 homes sold at an average of $580,232.

There are 27 listings ranging in price from $651,000-$750,000. 47 sold last year averaging $ 672,404.

29 single family homes are on the market from $751,000-$850,000 resulting in 8.7 months of inventory. 40 homes sold last year at an average of $767,016.

Continuing with the same report, 17 homes are listed between $851,000-$950,000. This equals 10.2 months of inventory and 20 homes sold last year at an average of $860,924.

Currently $1M+ currently on the market equal 88 at

an average list price of $2,155,423 resulting in 12.6

months of inventory.
