1969: ALBA was born to design and create MOULDS for the moveding.1970: A new branch equipped with oilhydraulics press for the injection moulding is opened. The company becomes ALBA MPM LTD (Plastic ma-

terial hand-made).1971: The high technology equipment of the staff takes the company to a huge development in the moulding on behalf of external firms. In the

meanwhite the experienced promoters understand to balance the production on behalf of third people with an own production. The techno-logical progress of this time pushes the plastic material compared to the metal one. A new field to win is discovered, namely the hydrosa-nitary sector and more precise the sifon fittings. The moplen sifon enters the market.

1975: The ALBA MPM, very appreciated in the technical-industrial sector, covers a big share of the domestic market after 4 years from the be-gining of the own production.

1976: Development requires room: a new workshop over 3000 square meters was planned.1977: ALBA MPM moves to the new center in Brozzo V.T..The new technology is applied both to the technical items and to the

“SIFONE” production. New machines tool enter the workshop, new oilhydraulics press enrich the moveding department.1978/79: The technical office is completely changed. The computer era leads the planning.1980: White the moulding on behalf of external firms follows its natural technical increament, the hydrosanitary field knows an exciting develop-

ment. Thanks to the associated compnay FEMA, the ALBA sifon, with its logo, enters the most important markets, competing witen themain italian companies.

1981: The department for the moulds design becomes indipendent: ALBA MPM remains as moulds workshop. ALBA 2 MPM was born to receiveboth the technical and hydrosanitary production.

1982/90: The development goes on: the maoveding keeps on working at the center in Brozzo. The moveding workshop covers on its .own andon cooperation 30 blocks. In Gardone V.T. on an area of over 3000 square meters grow warehouses for assembly and .stocking.

1995: The hydrosanitary field lives a deep competition and must be divided. ALBA 2 MPM adresses to the waste pipe for kitchen. In a few yearsit goes alongside with one of the biggest italian leader of the sector. These years begins the conquest of forcign markets.

1997: The room becomes insufficient.1998/99: The third millennium challenges require far-sightedness. A nex brand branch was born an 10.000 square meters in the

.strategic area of Rodengo Saiano where the main roads meet.2000: ALBA 2 MPM covers 15.000 square meters. It is composed of oil-hydraulics press of 50 to 1200 t., internal and external

mechanic workshop, welding department, assembly and warehouses further to the experience of well-trained men.2000: The famous waste-pipe by ALBA 2 MPM with all the huge range of MPM items are exported to ASIA, Europe, Africa, America and Au-

stralia.

1969: La société ALBA naite au fin de projeter et réalizer des moules pour le moulage des matières plastiques.1970: On ouvre un department avec des presses oléo-hydrauliques pour le moulage à injection des matières plastiques. La société devient

ALBA MPM (matières plastiques manufacturés).1971: L’équipement technique des promoteurs porte la société à un haut développement du moulage pour le compte de sociétés extérièures.

L’expérience conseille de balancer l’augmetacion du compte par l’extérieur avec une production à son compte. Le développement te-chnologique du temps pousse la matière plastique à remplacer le métal. On reconnait le domaine à decouvrir, c’est à dire le domaine hy-drosanitaire et du siphon. Le siphon en meplon connait son epoque.

1975: ALBA MPM déjà bienvolue dans le secteur technique industriel, après 4 ans dès la production à son compte couvre une grande partiedu marché national.

1976: Le développement exige espace. On projète le nouvee établissement de 3000 metres carrés.1977: La nouvelle siège s’établit à Brozzo V.T.. Les nouvelles technologies sont appliées soit aux articles technique soit à la production du “SI-

FONE”. Des nouvelles machines-outils sont enstallées dans l’atelier-mécanique, des nouvelles presses oléo-hydrauliques s’ajutent au sec-teur du moulage.

1978/79: Le méthode traditionel du design souffre la modalité de l’informatisation. Le bureau technique est mis à neuf.1980: Le moulage en compte continue son augmentation technique tardis que le secteur hydrosanitaire se conquit les principaux

marchés en utilisant le réseau de la maison associée FEMA.1981: On doit separer l’atelier de construction des mouless ALBA 2 MPM nait pour contenir toute la production technique et hydro-

sanitaire.1982/90: Le développement ne s’arrête pas. Le moulage des matières plastiques reste dans la siège de Brozzo. L’usine moules

compte avec la production à son compte et la cooperation 30 unités. Des magasins pour le stockage et l’assemblage sont établis à GardoneV.T. sur une surface de 3000 metres carrés.

1995: Le secteur hydrosanitaire vit une concurrence acharnée. ALBA 2 MPM s’adresse aux tuyaux de décharge pour cuisine. Très vite se trouveà côté du principal leader italien du secteur. La conquête du marché étranger va commencer.

1997: On a besoin d’espace.1998/99: Les défis du troisième millennium demandent clairvoyance. On bâtit la nouvelle siège de 10.000 mt. carrés dans le zone

strategique de Rodengo Saiano, correfour des principayx voies de communication.2000: ALBA 2 MPM couvre 15.000 mt. carrés. Sa richesse sont les presses oléo-hydrauliques de 50 à 1200 tons, l’usine mécanique à l’interieure

et à l’exterieur, l’atelier de soudure, l’assemblage, les magasin et l’expérience d’un équipe compétente.Les tuyaux ALBA 2 MPM avec la gamme complète des produits MPM sont esportés à l’etranger dans l’Europe, l’Afrique, l’Amerique et

l’Australie.

1969: Wird die Firma ALBA gegründet, um Werkzeuge für das Pressen der Plastikstoffe zu entwerfen und auszuführen.1970: Eine Abteilung mit Ölhydrauliken Pressen für das Spritzenpressen der Plastikstoffe wird geöffnet. Die Gesellschaft wird ALBA MPM (Ma-

nufaktur der Plastikstoffe).1971: Die feine Technik der Grüder bringt die Gesellschaft zu eine grosse Entwicklung der Pressen für das Tertiär. Die Erfahrung rät uns des

Pressen für Tertiär mit der Eigenproduktion auszugleichen. Der Plastikstoff ersetzt der Metall. Man entdeckt ein neues Gebiet: die Was-sersanitär und der Siphon. Der Siphon aus Moplen wird bekannt.

1975: ALBA MPM nach nur 4 Jahren, ist in Italien sehr geschätzt und besitzt einen großen teil des Innenmarkt.1976: Die Entwicklung braucht raum. Die neue Industrieanlage von 3000 m2 wird geplahnt.1977: Der neue Sitz wird nach Brozzo V.T. umgezogen. Neue Ideen und technologie werden für die technischen Artikeln und für die Produktion

des “SIFONE” benützt. Neue Werkzeugsmaschinen werden in der mechanische Werkstalt installiert. Neue Oel-hydraulike Pressen werdenan die Pressenabteilung hinzugefügt.

1978/79: Der Computer führt eine neue Zeit an: das Technische Bureau wird ganz geändert und erneut.1980: Während das Pressen für Tertiär normal weitergeht, lebt die Wassersanitär-Abteilung eine grosse Entwicklung. Der Siphon ALBA mit

seinen logo tritt in die größten Märkten dank dem ökonomischen Netz der vereinigten Gesellschaft FEMA.1981: Die Abteilung für das Entwerfen der Werkzeuge wird geteilt. ALBA MPM bleibt Werkzeugswerkstatt. ALBA 2 MPM übernimmt die ganze

Produktion der Wasser-Sanitär.1982/90: Die Entwicklung geht weiter. Das Pressen der Plastikstoffe bleibt in Brozzo. Die Werkzeugswerkstatt erreicht 30 Einheiten. 1981:Neue Bauten für die Lagerung und Montierung der Produktion werden in Gardone auf 3000 m2 realisiert.1995: ALBA 2 MPM handelt Wasserabfluss für Küchen. Sie erreicht in kurze Zeit einer der grössten Leader des Sektors. ALBA 2 MPM tritt auf

Ausländischen Märkte.1997: Der Raum ist noch einmal zu klein für die Produktion.1998/99: Die neuen Millennium-Herausforderungen brauchen Weitblick. Ein neuer Sitz auf 10.000 m2 in Rodengo Saiano wird geöffnet.2000: Ölhydrauliken Pressen von 50 bis 1200 t., die innere Werkstatt, die Schweiss-Abteilung, die Montage, die Lagerung, und die Erfährung

einer ausgebildeten Gruppe, bilden die ALBA 2 MPM, die auf 15.000 m2 liegt. 1981: ALBA 2 MPM Wasserabflüsse und alle MPM Artikeln werden exportiert, nach Europa, Asien, Nord- und Süd-America, Australien.
