Every product is suitable for a few adjacent conductors crocs sections; generally the same for both aluminum or copper conductor for connection according to the manufacturer's instructions.2. Casted aluminum alloy screw contact products are plated or alloy composition (Mg / Si components) is resistant to surface corrosion. However, connecting them to copper and alloys conductors in the open devices usually requires the use of corrosion prevention measures.3. Contact surfaces of cast production are striated.4. Conductor terminals bolting to flat indoor electrical equipment findingsConductor terminals must be connected to electrical equipment as it is shown in the instruction by the manufacturer of findings; Recommended to apply the following methodic in that case if there are no special directions from the manufacturer, it is recommended to apply the following1.There's no aluminum conductor in contact conjunction.(Can be present: copper, bronze, brassy, aluminum and steel alloy)
Preparing:Hole of the terminal conjunction plane for the bolt must match with the hole of conjunction finding. Diameter of the bolt can be smaller than the diameter of the contact output or tip contact plane just by 1 typical diameter. (E.g.: When diameter of the output hole is 13mm, tip – 11mm, M10 bolt must be used.)Hole for the bolt in terminals contact plane can not be increased;Contact conjunction bolting parts (bolts, nuts, washers, can be sparingly washer until M8) are electro technical.To prevent oxidation of aluminum alloy and other metals, except copper, contact grease must be used.
Notes:1.If conductors' wires were not suitably composed until the terminals installation, these actions must be done before connecting terminals. Assessing condition of the phase, cable termination wires have to be folded that way, that their bending curves, rapprochements and other things would meet the coupling manufacturer requirements.2.Cable below the coupling must be tightened respectively, and the grounding conductor connected to ground circuit.
Installation:Contact surfaces are degreaser with organic solvent (cloth, petrol, white spirit);Contact surfaces are cleaned to metallic gloss (coarsely sandpaper, wire brush, scraper);The contact surfaces are covered with 1-2mm of contact grease (except, when copper is connected with copper ones);Measures must be applied to prevent self-slew of the contact nut. For that purpose you must use counter nut.Counter nut is tightened. When it is done, at the bottom of the nut must be left 2-3 free thread strands.
Other notes: 1. During connection of again dismantled screw terminals, the whole assembly must be repeated. 2. Two-wire lugs (permissible only in exceptional cases and only in phase circuits), the flat output single screw plug on both sides of the outlet. 3. Contact grease lubrication of threads and mechanisms is inappropriate.4. The nominal contact compression is achieved by using a torque wrench.

Aluminum or aluminum alloys and other metal contact surface against oxidation require the use of a contact lubricant.

Some of the common wire assembly solutions1.In any case, contact conductors shall be: mounted using appropriate electrical equipment and other tools; cleaned (dirt, grease, oxides); specially grained and coarse (free from oxide) surfaces; lubricated with contact grease, except when connecting with each other only copper surfaces; contact compression screw diameter must comply with the contacting surfaces or holes can be reduced only through a
standard diameter; protected, from the aluminum creep; necessary to compress - as indicated by the manufacturer of outlet; it is tightened bolt diameter torque size and use the self-contact nuts twirl measures; protected against the harmful effects of mechanical installation time; protected against vibration, mechanical loading of unauthorized operation.2. It is recommended to avoid the use of aluminum conductors pressed aluminum parts.3. If the connection contains at least one aluminum, part, additionally has to be used: creep reducing special bolting parts kits of your choice: disc and washers to increase the dimensions of the contact steel washers; non-ferrous metal alloy electro technical details of the bolt; Al - elastic contact and increased dimensions of the contact steel washers; special contact lubricants; in open plants and in wet areas - galvanic corrosion prevention measures. For example, aluminum conductors
(components) direct contacts not to bundle with other metal conductors (copper, brass, stainless steel), or, where appropriate, use of bi-metal parts, Al - elastic contact for the washers, or other in project (indicated) measures.

Steps of installation:1.Put and press core centering ring into barrel.2.The connector is pre-greased. Do not remove the grease.3.Strip insulation to fit conductor into barrel.4.Clean and brush conductor and put into barrel. 5.Fasten bolts steadily by hand.6.Fasten bolts slowly with tool according to pictures shown until heads shear off.7.Repeat with second side of connector.8.Screws have to be prerounded if they do not shear off flush with connector body.

Steps of installation:1. Put and press core centering ring into barrel.2. The connector is pre-greased. Do not remove the grease.3. Strip insulation to fit conductor into barrel.4. Clean and brush conductor and put into barrel. 5. Fasten bolts steadily by hand.6. Fasten bolts slowly with tool according to pictures shown until heads shear off.7. Repeat with second side of connector.8. Screws have to be prerounded if they do not shear off flush with connector body.
