600 Depth Plus Series & 700 Depth Macro Series
600 Series
Ideal for space saving, back bar or lining up with 600 depth work tops
in semi commercial situations. Small canteens, cafes and limited space
kitchens can use both gas and electric powered units available in 600,
900 and 1200 widths with back to back island pass through oven
option.
700 Series Marcos Ranges
Most popular Marcos 700 depth range provides competitive heavy duty
catering equipment that will fit together to give the clean suite lines.
Equipment will conform to european specification 400mm, 800mm and
1200mm widths. Max power ranges available with 2/1 gastonorm ovens
in both electric and 6kw gas rings. Electric proceram top available in
ranges and boiling tables.
Introduction
Bertos established in 1973 has been manufacturing catering equipment for over 35 years and is used in over 60 countries world
wide. The range of cooking equipment has expanded from snack bar equipment to included 600 depth medium duty and 700 and
900 depth heavy duty cooking equipment. Pastry ovens, fryers, convection and Combi ovens have complimented the range. Panini
Grills, Sandwich Toasters, height adjustable multi purpose contact grills all come with sandblasted cast iron cooking surfaces.
Contact grills come complete with cleaning brush available in smooth or ribbed surface finishes. Horizontal Sandwich Toaster has 3
pliers and quartz tubes. Salamander adjustable height grill only available in electric.

700 Series Griddles and Fryers
Griddles or multipans available smooth termostat controlled hard
chrome or polished steel in electric or gas. Polished steel version
available in half or all ribbed top. Proceram electric version available.
Lava rock chargrills come in both electric and gas. Fryers are
available in single tank or double tank in 10ltrs, 15ltrs and 20 ltrs
models in electric or gas all 304 grade stainless steel tanks.
900s and 900 Maxima Series
Bertos heavy duty catering equipment suitable for hotels, restaurants
and hospitals. 900 depth Maxima ranges are supplied with 9kw gas
cast iron burners. The most powerful open top burners on the market.
Deep basins around the burners and cert grids for durabilty and easy
cleaning. All 304 stainless steel 15/10 thicker tops as standard with
3 years parts warranty. Maximum hygiene and ease of servicing
thanks to the removable hob. All 900 series maxima equipment and
s900 range can be butt jointed together to eliminate cracks and
possible infiltration, providing a clear suite look and reducing dirt
traps therefore enhancing cleaning and maintainance. Automatic gas
cut off with bimetal thermocouples ensures highest safety standards
and pilot lights ensure economical use of units. Both electric and gas
equipment available in single units banked together in line or suited
in an island unit.

Bertos Boiling Pans & Bratts Pans
Boiling pans are square with direct and indirect heat options in
55ltrs, 100ltrs and up to 270ltrs capacities available in gas and
electric. All stainless steel in both 700 and 900 depths to suite up
in uniform line with other equipment. Bratt pans 60ltrs, 80ltrs and
120ltr capacities in 700 and 900 depths manufactured in 316
stainless steel with manual tilt.

Florigo Frying Ranges
The Florigo ranges are built to each customer’s specific lay-out. Stephen’s computer
based design technology allows total flexibility, making it easy to draft a drawing on which
the customers lay-out can be discussed. Built around the customer requirements, the
range and options are unlimited. The rectangular and round pans incorporate the High
Efficiency gas burner system which guarantees a high transfer of heat, energy saving and
optimum performance during those busy periods.
Wall and Counter Ranges
The counter and wall ranges are designed with heated and illuminated display cabinets,
clearly presenting the food and providing efficient and quick service. Of course the counter
ranges, like all Florigo ranges, have an automatic built-in oil/fat filtration system which
pumps, heats, cleans and filters the oil/fat to aid efficiency and ensure the quality and
consistency of the final fried product.
Island Ranges
Florigo’s new stylish island ranges are equipped with chip boxes heated both from top and
bottom, keeping the chips in perfect condition. The see-through Perspex-lid on server side
“lights up” the box and is user friendly to the server side personnel. The island range (like
the counter range) can optionally be equipped with “low level controls” which reduces the
range height to 148cm (standard height is 162cm).

The Frymaster Filter Magic system is the industrys first automatic built in filtering system- the standard for cost savings, safety, ease of use and dependability. This hands off filteringsystem filters 28 litres of shortening in just 3 to 5 minutes. The optional Power Showerautomatically washes sediment from the frypot into the filter. There are no hoses to handleand one fryer can be filtered while others in the battery keep on frying. Frequent filteringwith Filter Magic is safe and simple for extended shortening life and ensuring high qualityproducts in most cases doubling the life of the oil. Up to six Frymaster Fryers can bebatteried to either side of the filter system.

All Sentry Series Ranges have as standard flame failure and spark ignition on ovens. The Starfire burners all have protected pilot lights for economy of gas and ease of use. The unique Starfire burner gives a greater power output of even heat over a greater surface area than a traditional ring style burner. Producing the best dough is the first part of the making the best
pizza. The 'Spiral Hook' design mixer has long been considered the
best for this type of Dough. Firstly because it has a gentle folding
action that closely mimics the traditional hand made action.
Secondly because pizza dough is particularly tough (normally due
to the high protein content) this can cause problems in other types

Wall Bench/Centre Table/Cupboard UnitsTops are manufactured from stainless steel (grade 304) and are turned down 50mm front and both ends with 40 mm upstand andboxed edge to rear in Wall bench. Centre table turned down all around. The corners are welded and the whole top is polished with asatin finish for maximum hygiene. The underside of the top is fitted with 30 x 30 x 1.2 mm stainless steel box, and is also sound deadened and sealed for ultimate hygiene. The wall bench is supported on stainless steel legs fitted with adjustable feet tocompensate for uneven floors. With 4 legs on wall benchs up to 2100mm long and 6 on wall benchs over 2100mm long. A full length stainless steel shelf completes the understructure. Standard height of units is 900mm floor level to working surface.

easy to use with anyone of any 10 pre-set temperature and time

combination of both. The radiant flame only gas oven
utilises a radiant flame burner to heat the stone hearth.
The dual temperature gas configuration combines a radiant
