It is my pleasure to present to you the Proceedings of CEC-RoundTable Nagaon, where we played host to School Principals and Teachers who have joined us in the Career Excellence Centre (CEC) initiative.

We discussed the journey, the role CEC will play through the Inclusive Education Program and the role schools play in enabling students to pursue a dream in line with their in-born abilities. Also in discussion was how the Program is attracting the Industry to support this promotion of Skill Awareness in young minds.

We aim to roll out a series of Round Tables across multiple locations & associate many more educational institutions in to the Inclusive Education program. Together we can give wings to the dreams of young minds.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Institutional Excellence Forum (IEF) and Ajmal Foundation in Guwahati that would pave the way for

an inclusive education programme towards enabling students to pursue a dream in sync with their in-born abilities.

Shabistan Gaffar elaborated how schools and education institutions will stand advantageous over others by gaining from access to digital career exploration library,

psychometric assessment & reports, career guidance seminars for parents, teachers and students, awareness about vocational skills, and scholarships etc.

Probir Roy, speaking on schools and their pivotal role in inclusive education programme, stressed on urgent need for contemporary training of faculty and role of teachers and

principals with respect to gen next children.
