Program Terms & Conditions

1. The Rewards Program is a loyalty rewards program, in which customers earn points as a reward for purchases made during January 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019. Customers earn a reward of 1 point for each $1 purchased.

2. All customers are enrolled in the program and must purchase a minimum of $10,000 each calendar year of the program term to redeem accrued points for that year. No “back-dating” of invoices.

3. In order to participate, customer must agree to “Program Terms & Conditions.” Central Irrigation Supply of Canada, Inc., “CIS” will have the final judgment when determining any member’s eligibility to participate in the program or to receive any rewards. Members may not transfer, combine or barter points.

4. The accrued points can only be redeemed once each calendar year of the program term, on the dates specified by CIS. The Reward Claims will be fulfilled on four qualifying dates per year and will be as follows:

Redemptions received by March 31 will be processed by April 15th. Redemptions received by June 30 will be fulfilled on or by July 15th. Redemptions received by September 30 will be fulfilled on or by October 15th. Redemptions received by November 15, will be fulfilled on or by December 31st.

5. Any unclaimed reward points will be forfeited after 90 days of the program termination.

6. Base Reward Points: The Base Reward Points will be calculated at the end of every calendar month, based on payment of invoiced purchases, before sales tax, made during that month.

7. Double Points: Throughout the program period, there will be manufacturer specials that will allow members to earn double reward points on specific products and orders.

8. On Time Payment: On time payment of your invoices will ensure that you receive maximum reward points. If only partial invoice is paid within invoice terms – the total invoice becomes ineligible for reward points. Any invoice not paid in full within invoice terms – will not qualify for any reward points.

9. Points Balance: Will appear on monthly statements “Available Points.” Balance is also accessible through our account management website, and will appear as “Rewards.” “Pending Rebate” is also available on statements generated from our account management website and represent points accrued that will become “Available” provided invoice is paid in full according to invoice terms. To access points balance 24/7, account must be setup on our account management website which can be accessed from our website www.centraltis.com. 10. Reward Points are nontransferable and may only be redeemed by the member.

11. In the event that additional points are required to reach a reward of choice, points can be purchased for $0.03 / per point. Points must be purchased in 5,000 point increments.

12. Participation in the program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by CIS. Failure to abide by program terms and conditions, abuse of program privileges or any misrepresentation may result in the termination of program membership and the forfeit of any and all accrued rebate points.

13. Any invoices with special or negotiated pricing above normal customer discount structure will not be eligible to earn reward points.

14. Any member account not current as of December 31st of each program calendar year, have the possibility of forfeiting the accrued points at CIS’s discretion. CIS also reserves the right to redeem all available points at any time and apply towards account balance or service charges.

15. CIS reserves the right to modify, revise or cancel this program, the Terms or any part of the program at any time for all participants or for any specific participant without prior notice.

16. By participating in this program, members agree to and are subject to the Terms of this program.

17. Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax and delivery chargers on all equipment redemptions.
