The mobile disk- stack centrifugal cleaning module separates oil, water, and sludge, regardless of the level and nature of the contaminants. AlfaPure 2000 is very compact and is mounted on a frame with wheels, simplifying installation and ser- vice. It can easily be moved from tank to tank. For the operator's convenience the module has two sides: one for operation and one for service. The start-up and con- trol units are on the "operation side," and the "service side" pro- vides easy access to the separator, tanks, and pumps. The work is loaded, processed, and dryed in modified polypro- pylene spin dryer baskets. The as- sembly is mounted on the barrel superstructure. The Basket Plater has extreme open area and is gentle to the product being pro- cessed. There are no doors or clamps, which also means no parts being trapped.
