Indian Ceramics Asia in its 14th edition is the only B2B exhibition for Raw Materials, Machinery, Supplies & Technology for the ceramics and red clay Industry with the presence of all leading Indian & global companies showcasing a wide range of latest machinery, high quality raw materials, analytical and laboratory equipment and technical ceramics which are used in manufacturing of ceramics and red clay products.
The 1st Ceramics Job Fair organized by Indian Ceramics Asia received an overwhelming response from recruiters and candidates. It generated great interest from more than 15 employers like Torrecid India, Futura Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Hasti Belting, Rak Ceramics, to name a few. More than 100 candidates from technical & engineering colleges participated in the same out of which 28 candidates got the job offer onsite.
Ÿ We are charging 8.33% of annual salary from company (including PF and other monetary incentives decided during interview or during service period)
Ÿ It would be company's responsibilities to inform about selection of interviewed candidate within 24 hours
Ÿ GJP will replace the candidate, if the selected candidate leaves company within 90 days from the date of joining
Ÿ If company doesn't consider candidate suitable for job profile then company must terminate the candidate before 30 days of joining, after 30 days it will be considered as suitable to company and charges will be taken as per rule
Ÿ If a candidate is selected for a job by GJP, he/ she will merely be the employee of the concerning organization and will not be responsible for
any legal/dispute or any other matters between the candidate and the organization
Ÿ Company have to give appointment letter to the candidate and GJP
Ÿ Any dispute shall be subject to Morbi, Gujarat, India Jurisdiction only
Ÿ We make no warranty, express or implied as to the suitability of any potential candidate introduced to a company
Ÿ If a candidate refers a potential candidate who was introduced by GJP to any other company and it leads potential candidate being engaged with that company then company will be liable to pay consultancy charges to GJP
Ÿ If company rejects a candidate at interview or he / she declines to join your company at the time of interview but candidate contacts you directly or you contact candidate directly or selected through walk-in-interview or other sources, it will be consider as placement by GJP
Ÿ Our consultancy charges will be collected within 30 days of joining of candidate
Ÿ This company registration will be valid till company works with Global Job Placement. If incase partners changes then this agreement will be consider as liability
Ÿ Company cannot hire candidate whoever candidate job was offered by GJP till last six month
