Program Staff hope that each of you enjoyed a happy and healthy holiday season. This

month, we wish to make you aware that the State Health Plan update for 2019 will be

coming in the very near future. We expect the drafting schedule to be substantially similar

to last year, with public hearings and a comment period occurring in late spring. The

update this year will be a substantive one, to include revisions within the Plan narrative.

With this in mind, we encourage each of you as party to the planning process to begin

pulling together your stakeholders and discussing what changes you might like to see. As

has been the case in recent years, this will be a very open and transparent process that will

benefit tremendously from your vigorous input. Expect much more communication on this
