Software Project Dynamics

Course ObjectiveIn this course, participants would study effects of forces (schedule change, attrition etc.) on the progress of a software project and how they determine the latter’s success.

In this course, participants learn the dynamics of software project management through an experiential learning process. Series of exercises lead from a basic understanding of the general dynamic to detailed experiments about issues such as recruitment, overtime etc.
