HAPPY BIRTHDAY A.O.T. A.O.T. turned 1
Adventure Obstacle Training
opened its “doors” 02nd March
2015 and what an incredible year
it has been. Yes, it was risky,
“Deben” people are
unfortunately known for being
apprehensive
and take their
time to “warm
up” to new
ventures. But that said, YOU, yes
YOU reading this newsletter have
made this a success! Without
your support, your dedication
and commitment we would be
no-where and our dream to
create a different type of training
would have been lost.
So we thank you for being our
A.O.T. Family and making this one
HEC of a year!
Within the short life of A.O.T.,
we have had some pretty
awesome stuff happening. We
started our Kidz Zone for birthday
parties, primary school excursions
and holiday clubs. We did
Corporate Team Buildings,
partnered with Salomon SA and
Verigreen SA and have also
opened up quite a few new slots
for training. Jeep Warrior Series
hosted Damon Beard from East
Coast Radio for a promo video,
and A.O.T. are now also officially
the training
partner for
the Impi
Challenge
Series KZN.
A ton of goals lie ahead. So
true to the A.O.T. “tag line”- we
will forever be “challenging our
Limits”!!! So “ching ching” to
another full, fun, fantastic and
adventurous year! This is SO
MUCH FUN!

A.O.T. TRAINING TIPS From the “Stein” himself…
Performing the pole carry with
good form and technique is
crucial. The gum-pole is a heavy
weight that you carry in front of
your body above your waist. This
places a lot of stress on your
lower back. Standing tall with
shoulders back and core
engaged will take a lot of load
off the back, preventing any
chance of injury to the area.
Al showing us great form.. nice
work Al!
A.O.T. KIT Yes, we now have A.O.T. Salomon kit available to purchase…
Addendum A, B and C attached! Please e-mail [email protected] for queries on
prices and orders. You will not find these garments at this price anywhere else!
