Success stories
We analysed the path of 20 of our graduates through a questionnaire.
Number of graduates, who … 2013 2014
… work 91% 85%.. work independently 15% 41%… are employed 85% 59%… can provide for themselves 78% 59%… are also supporting others 55% 42%… are working within their field of training 85% 53%… are pursuing another education or training 41% 40%… are married 14% 16%… have children 18% 15%
The economic situation has gotten tougher in 2014. Less graduates can provide for themselves and have to make work in other fields than they were trained and can support less other people.
By now there are 40 Ghanian women and men as well as two Europeans working in the CFC teamCFC is very keen on fair working conditions, fair benefit plans and fair salaries
