Displaying charismatic leadership is one of the most effective ways to boost the followers motivation, productivity and satisfaction.
How to be a Charismatic Leader?1. Define the Goal- Describe the goal so followers may
relate to it. 2. Describe the happy ending- Give followers an
incentive to work towards the goal.3. Describe the not-so-happy beginning- Be realistic and
explain how the start might be rough.4. Describe what action you want them to take- Make
the followers role very clear and make sure they understand. Explain the path the follower must take.
5. Just add watery eyes- Entice your followers with emotions.
