Dr. Greene has practiced for more than 10 years as an Intellectual Property Attorney, including at law firms in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, providing patent preparation and prosecution services to clients, and as an in-house Intellectual Property Counsel for Corning Incorporated. Dr. Greene brings an in-depth perspective to patentability and non- infringement matters as they relate to a broad range of products and processes including components for semiconductor manufacturing, batteries, fuel cells, optical discs, display devices, semi-conductor devices, alloys, powder metallurgy, electrodes, filters, ceramic product manufacturing and packaging, heat exchangers, and aerosol generators. Prior to his legal career, Dr. Greene was a materials engineer for seven years with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research, the Office of the General Counsel, and the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards. For nearly 10 years prior to that, he worked in research and development with various government, university, and private industry laboratories. Dr. Greene holds a Juris Doctorate with high honors from The George Washington University Law School, Ph.D. and Masters of Science degrees from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University.
