Young Professionals Society (YPS) Event $2,000

YPS is a place for agents under 40 years old to network, learn and grow in their careers. This exclusive

YPS event at ACS is one of the few opportunities throughout the year that YPS members meet in person

and have the chance to network, exchange ideas and have fun! Sponsor will have their company logo

included in all pre-event emails, printed materials, event signage and is invited to provide a gift to each

ACS Presentation Opportunities

Opening General Session Sponsorship $18,000

This sponsorship offers premier exposure to all delegates at ASTA’s China Summit. The General Session

sponsor is invited to address the largest gathering of the ASTA attendees and to share their views and

perspectives on the future direction of the industry. Includes 8 minutes of speaking time, ability to

Closing General Session Sponsorship $18,000

This sponsorship offers premier exposure to all delegates at ASTA’s China Summit. The General Session

Host an educational lunch or dinner to present your content to a subset of the ACS audience in a 90-

minute private setting. Your session handouts may also be included on the Program of Events website

page for attendees to view before and after the conference - a great way to increase your marketing

reach!

ACS Marketing/Branding Opportunities

ASTA Registration Area $6,000

This high traffic area and gathering place at ACS, the Registration Area offers maximum branding

exposure with significant signage. Your logo welcomes each guest as they register onsite.

Badge Lanyards - Exclusive opportunity! $4,000

One of the most highly visible conference sponsorships, each attendee receives a badge lanyard and

proudly wears it through the convention. Badge lanyard sponsorship places your company’s logo eye

level for all attendees to see. Sponsor is responsible for the production, production costs, and delivery of

lanyards to the host hotel in advance of the convention.

Delegate Bags - Exclusive opportunity! $4,000

One of the most highly visible convention sponsorships, the registration bag is given to all convention

attendees upon arrival. Sponsor receives one side of the bag for logo or advertisement while the ASTA

ACS logo will be on the reverse side. Sponsor is responsible for the production, production costs, and

delivery of the bags to the host hotel in advance of the convention.

Delegate Bag Insert $1,200

Provide inserts to go in the delegate bags for attendees. Sponsor is responsible for the production,

production costs, and delivery of inserts to the host hotel in advance of the event.

Printed Program of Events

The ACS Printed Program is included in all attendee registration bags and includes logistical information

on all major Summit activities. The lifetime of the program goes beyond the convention dates. For many

attendees, the Program of Events is saved and referenced after the convention to remind them of

content, agenda items and suppliers.

ACS Communication Opportunities

Email Broadcast to Attendees Pre/Post ACS $1,000

Drive attendees to your booth, promote a giveaway or your educational session with an email broadcast

to attendees before ACS. You can also follow up with all the attendees post ACS to keep your brand top

of mind. Cost is per email.

Question in Pre/Post Survey $1,500

Gain access to invaluable data by purchasing a question in the ASTA China Summit Pre-or Post Surveys.

Surveys go out to all registered delegates. Work with ASTA’s Research Department to ensure your

question will provide accurate results.

ASTA Chapter Presidents Council Meeting

Chapters deliver ASTA’s mission and message on the local level. ASTA’s Chapter Presidents meet

throughout the year either in conjunction with an ASTA event or independently. Presenting your brand

to these leaders means connecting on a local level and sharing your story with thousands of members

back in their chapters.

Chapter President Council (CPC) Meeting Sponsorship $5,000

Receive recognition on all printed and electronic pieces associated with the CPC Meeting as well as on-

site at the meeting. Meet and greet the CPC members and address the audience for 5 minutes.

Chapter President Breakfast $3,000

Board of Directors Meeting

The ASTA Board of Directors (BOD) is a gathering of ASTA’s leadership at the national level.

Approximately 25 of ASTA’s leadership team will be in attendance. The Board of Directors is comprised

of individuals at the highest level in the travel agency industry. Suppliers may only attend the meal

function they have sponsored.

ASTA Board Meeting Sponsorship $6,000
