Wash sequenceElectronically controlled wash cylinders guaranteeeven and gentle detection of every auto bodyform. Vehicle surfaces are washed in one forwardand one return cycle during which the brushrotation direction is automatically changed.

Hydraulic system

Adjustment panelModern water and air technology are located behindthis device. A controller and a manometer for theair-pressure, pneumatic oiler and water pressuremonitor prevent washing without water. The unitswitches to emergency switch-off should the waterlevel drop too low.

Dosing deviceElectrically controlled metering pumps ensure that thechemical concentrates in each container are dosedprecisely. In addition to the standard lifting setting,Christ’s dosing pumps additionally feature a frequencycontrol for fine setting. Settings can be performedfrom the control console.

Wash agent containersThe unit can be equipped with upto 6 containers according to theprogram constellations.The plastic containers are scaledand thereby simplify consumptionmonitoring.

Wash agent level monitoringLevel switches located in the washagent containers emit anautomatic reserve notice.This simplifies timely filling andprevents depletion of the washchemicals.

Unit controlThe clearly laid out switchboard is located behind an additional, transparent access doors. Compact,industrial SPC-control with a modern bus system forms the heart of the wash unit computer. Intelligent scanning:An upgrade to this application is nownewly available with Opti-air.This new technology enables the angle ofthe drying jet to continuously adjust to thecarbody’s shape and thereby achieve topdrying results on all vehicle contours.

High-pressure

Under-chassis wash deviceA mobile wash carriage sprays the vehicle’s undersidewith 85 bar high-pressure using 2 rotating high-pressurejets. Vehicle length measurement ensures that thespraying sequence is ended exactly at the vehicle’s rearand prevents needless spraying beyond the vehicle.

All-aroundhigh-pressureThe entire vehicle is pre-cleaned in either one or two passes.Supply units for 85 bar or 16 bar can be selected as required.The horizontal jets are guided contour-following over the vehicle.

High-pressure side washBy means of a 85 bar high pressure jet, integrated in the wheel scrubber disc onboth sides, the sill and lower side areas are successfully cleaned of coarse dirt.Whilst the two brushes remain in a slanted position throughout their rotatingmotion the water jets are directed upwards in order to avoid water being sprayeduselessly under the vehicle.Only during the effective wheel scrubbing the brushes are brought into a verticalposition whilst the high pressure jets improve substantially the rim and wheelwash result.

Pump cabinet with storage containerSpace-saving plastic cabinet construction with storage tank situated directly on topof the cabinet. Integrated water separation can be selected for either fresh orrecycled water inlet. Two built-in 85 bar high-pressure pump devices, continuouslyfeed the under-chassis wash and side high-pressure wash in the wash unit.

Active foam deviceTough dirt is effectively loosend andthe vehicle is thoroughly soakeddown before the wash cylinders areemployed. The foamed down vehicleis an eye-catcher and considerablyimproves cleaning results.An profitable advantage for everyunit operator.

Wheel rim spray deviceDirt in the rims is effectively dissolved during thewheel wash, serving as the basis for an intensive,subsequent wheel and rim wash.

Wax deviceWax is applied to the vehicle’s

surface in an extra operating cycle to achieve ahigh gloss effect. Large surface water sheetingfor catalyzing the drying process and lastingpaint surface protection. This care program

helps to preserve the vehicle’s value and increasesthe amount of programs that can be offered.
