Eligibility Conditions: Staff working on regular measure in the three divisions of SECR i.e.Bilaspur, Raipur & Nagpur, and belonging to Electrical (Genl.), Electrical (TRD), Electrical(OP), Electric Loco ShedjBhilai (under control of Sr.DEE(TRD), Sr.DEE(OP), Sr.DEE(G) &Sr.DEE (TRSjELS)jBIA Departments are eligible to apply.

Mode of Selection : Optees would be subjected to screening and shortlisted as per theirfitness for absorption, and be well conversant, maintenance skills of Electric Locos in tunewith modern technology.

Procedure for Application:1 Optees should submit their application through proper channel duly completed in

all respects, and forward to the respective Branch Officer. The Branch Officer, inturn will forward it to the concerned Sr.DPO of the division who will consolidated,and forward it to DRM(P)/Bilaspur before18-08-2017.

2 The applications of staff who figured in SPEjVIG/D&A case should not beforwarded.

Seniority/Transfer benefits:

1) Optees will not be entitled for any transfer facilities.2) Applications should be filled in prescribed proforma.3) Applications received afterthe last date will not be entertained.4) Applications can be rejected in case any column is left out or incorrect information is

provided.5) The decision of the Screening Committee of Bilaspur division will be final.6) The notification and proforma for application is uploaded at SECRWebsite.

The list of staff who are selected for the absorption in the above manner will benotified. Since the formation of ELS/BSP will be spread over for certain period, the staff whoare inducted from time to time will continue to maintain their lien in the parent cadre untilthe cadre of ELS/BSP is formed finally by notification of a firm date. The seniority of thestaff initially constituted in ELS/BSP from the firm date will be published subsequently andany staff who are transferred subsequent to the date will be govern d by the extant rulesi.e., transfer on own request, transfer on administrative interest etc.
