Clean Power Group Clean Power Group (CPG) is an Independent Power Producer whose mission is to develop, build, own and manage utility-scale PV solar energy facilities. CPG develops meaningful (+50MW) power projects across the Western USA with the flexibility to apply best-of-breed solar energy solutions to specific locations and requirements. CPG contributes the essential development expertise and regional market knowledge to apply the best solar technologies and EPC management with optimal project financing for each location and customer.

Example Project Maricopa Solar Farms

Maricopa Solar Farms is America's premier multi-site master Photo Voltaic (PV) Solar development project of up to 700 MW located in Southwest Kern County, CA.

Clean Power Group is contracted as the Master Developer on 5,500 acres of the Maricopa Sun project site approved by the Kern County Board of Supervisors.

The first two phases are planned to be 150 MW each (300MW total): Maricopa California Solar Farms I and II.

Clean Power Group expects that with final CAISO Interconnection Agreement, PPA, and Final Permits, we will be able to start buying EPC and building the first phase before the end of 2012 and the second phase in 2013 with completions in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
