Open the web app and log in using

Manager to determine messaging, rules, etc.
Which types of appointments do you want Cliniconex to send messages?
Your Cliniconex Customer Success Manager will go over several questions to map our software to your facility’s existing workflows and procedures. Questions such as:
How many days before the appointment should the message be sent?
Should the message include a request for confirmation of the attendee?
What happens based on the response?
Branding requirements? Logo, colors, address, etc.
Should there best any attachments, special instructions, etc.
Staff use the PointClickCare Resident Calendar to input
appointments
Once configured, messages will automatically be sent to Resident Family Members as
per the rules
Reports will be emailed to staff daily to show statuses of
outreach. (*Progress Notes update coming soon)

USING THE CLINICONEX WEB APP
ACCESSING THE CLINICONEX WEB APP
• The Cliniconex Web App can be accessed from any browser enabled device: desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones etc.
• The app support all modern browsers including: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge
• It can be accessed by visitingpcc.cliniconex.com/userapp
• Select “Sign in with PointClickCare” and your login credentials are the same as your PointClickCare account

CREATING A TEMPLATE
1. Enter a Template NameUse a descriptive name so your staff knows what to expect at a glance. Template names are not part of the messaging
2. Set the Facility to target and, optionally, units3. Enter a Subject
In the messaging to clients, subjects are used in emails as you would expect. Otherwise, by default, they are used at the start of a message for text and voice
4. Type a MessageYou can use the following tags to automatically insert the facility or unit name in your messaging based on the selected recipients in the To field:FACILITYNAME, UNITNAME
5. Click the Save ButtonAll users within your organization will now have access to this template when sending a message
Note that this content will automatically be converted to VOICE, EMAIL or TEXT when the message sent.
Once logged in, click the + button to start creating a New Template
