How Does CemSolve Coaching Work?
Phase I: We meet with your management onsiteto identify your needs and establish the chain ofaccountabilities and responsibilities.
Phase II: Interviews are conducted with each of theemployees, select staff and the direct chain of commandto understand any communication or performance gaps.v The performance baseline is established.v KPIs will be agreed to.v A schedule is developed for each employee participating
in the coaching.

Phase III: One-on-one coaching is delivered to employees based onthe customized program and expectations set forth by the agreement.v Our coach will shadow the employee to identify performance issues
and opportunities.v An analysis of issues and opportunities will be shared with
management and any revisions to the schedule or KPIs will be agreedto.
v Our coach will work with your employees in the field to apply theirtraining to an actual workday at the plant.
