1. Packaging specifications: 25kg paper package

2. Store advice:It should be stored in sealed containers under cool and dry conditions

until used. Unused resin from opened containers or reground material that is not to be

used immediately should be stored in sealed containers.

Advice

0 1 Prior to processing, TPU must be completely dried in a desiccant dehumidifying hopper

dryer. Hopper inlet air temperature should be 90–110℃. To achieve the recommended

moisture content of less than 0.2%, the hopper capacity should be sufficient to provide a

minimum residence time of 2 hours. Over heating will cause TPU stick together, and long

time heating will cause TPU color change.

0 2 Thermoplastic polyurethane resins are hygroscopic and will absorb ambient moisture.

The presence of moisture can adversely affect processing characteristics and the quality

. Therefore, the resins should be stored in sealed containers and under cool and dry

conditions until used. Unused resin from opened containers or reground material that is

not to be used immediately should be stored in sealed containers.

0 3 The thickness of injection test sheet for hardness is 6mm, and the thickness of injection

test sheet for tensile force is 3mm. The above values are the averages after tempered

for 20 hours at 100℃for many times.

0 4 For thermoplastic polyurethane resin up to 10% regrind may be used with virgin material

, depending upon the end-use requirements of the molded part and provided that the

material is kept free of contamination and is properly dried. All regrind used must be

clean, uncontaminated, and thoroughly blended with virgin resin prior to drying and

0 1 Prior to processing, TPU must be completely dried in a desiccant dehumidifying hopper

dryer. Hopper inlet air temperature should be 90–110℃. To achieve the recommended

moisture content of less than 0.2%, the hopper capacity should be sufficient to provide a

minimum residence time of 2 hours. Over heating will cause TPU stick together, and long

time heating will cause TPU color change.

0 2 Thermoplastic polyurethane resins are hygroscopic and will absorb ambient moisture.
