Model of PracticeHamet-test-procedures

• HAMET method is innovating our social system in:1) complex testing (motorical, manual, social, IT work…)2) peaceful testing atmosphere3) test shows the real client´s competences4) evaluation by the computer5) improving weaknesses6) recommendation for future specialization

• Implementation of good practice to our social sector (long – term unemployed people)

1.Our target group are mostly young unemployed people who just finished the primary school (indecision of the future job)

2. We can apply Hamet-test method to help them in their selection of secondary school or use other apprenticeships

3. We need to present this method to our organization director, then to employees, motivate them and get the best way how to start working in it

4. The vision is to extend this method not only to our organization, but, also to schools which can give their students a relevant feedback in what they are good in

5. We need to cooperate with the local municipalities responsible for the unemployment and motivate them to implement this method

Model of PracticeComprehensive approach to

clients via vocational training centre

• SOS Kinderdorf provides Hamet-test method but also test of their school knowledge, ability of 5 days informative presence on workshops and go through the interview with the social worker who help the client to gain the working habits via practical workshops

• Positives: 1. Psychological support which eliminates pathological manifestations2. Favourable surrounding (respect, friendliness, support)3. Variable system fitted to the individuality4. Accompany the youths within longer time from the first stage Hamet-test via learning up to the assistance in a new job 5. Possibility to change workshop for few days/weeks (new experience)6. co-operation with state institutions and private companies

Implementation of vocational training workshops to our organisation (social

system):

1. Although we are not able to provide the workshop diploma at this moment, we can currently provide at least practical workshops improving clients skills (cooking, creativity, photographing, English, writing reports, IT, dancing…)

2. Currently we could extend the workshop variety and reflect more client individuality and leading to improvement

3. Arrange the excursion to the various jobs, where we will guide them. (clients could see and show good practice)

4. Cooperation and motivation of local municipalities (Labor office) to change social system concerning the long – term unemployment

involved in EU project, especially in the area of unemployment)• Interview in local TV (NOE) concerning the project• Implementing the good practice at the university (School

Good Model of Practice

• Comprehensive program (training centers, counseling)

• Educational and motivational courses (clients learn to make a CV, present themselves, learn how to act in a job interview, how to make phone calls, social skills, psychological tests helping identify their own personality)

• Camera using during the courses (great feed-back)

• Common place for workers assisting in finding job

• Social business = recreational facility (3-9 months course work on all positions – cook, clenear, waiter, etc.)

• Close cooperation with the labor office• Theory linked with the practice training

Implementation of good practice to our social system (long – term

unemployment)

• We have socially excluded clients mostly with problems of unemployment, therefore we are pretty interested to implement:

1. Course of self- presentation (CV, phone call, interview, etc.)

2. Psychological tests (helping clients to identify their character)3. Training games within the course ( improve memory and

concentration skills)4. Job-search assistance is already part of our social counseling5. Theory linked with the practice6. Closer cooperation with the labor office, if possible!
