.. not balanced between academia and industry.

.. some core competences are subcontracted when it would be preferable to see these represented by members within the consortium.

.. the consortium is large, partners with overlapping expertise.

.. the planned frequency of meetings seems to be insufficient.

.. the distribution of resources between the partners is imbalanced
