The CCI Service – Collection

• CCI will collect from any location.• All collections are insured up to £250,000.• No pre sorting of the coins is necessary.• We offer a flexible service with all the costs

included in our exchange rates.

What CCI can offer you

The CCI Service – Sorting

• An experienced cashier sorts and counts the coins and notes.

• After checking, the figures are entered into our exchange programme.

• The exchange programme works out the value of the coins and notes and payment due.

• Customer can have complete internet access to exchange programme.

• Payment is sent to the customer with a rate advice sheet within 90 days.

The CCI Service Exchange Of Coins

• Once sorted and counted the coins and notes are bagged ready for dispatch.

• The bags are then boxed up and sent by road or sea freight back to banks in their country of origin. This normally 500 – 1000kg per shipment.

• Having received the coins the banks check and credit the value back to CCI.

• From the time we collect the coins to the time CCI receives payment can be between 1-3 months.

The CCI Service Exchange Rates

• CCI exchange rates are agreed and fixed at a % above the Financial Times spot rate at the start of the programme.

• Coins range from 10% to 40% depending on the currency and notes 5% to 20%.

• All CCI costs are taken from this margin and with nothing extra to pay.

• Unlike many banks and bureau de change, CCI charges no transaction commission nor stipulates minimum amounts. We therefore provide the best possible return on every donation.
