Indonesia Mengajar is not about a single great program design that can fix all problems in education.
It is a movement to build a strong and empowered citizens who can contribute creatively, actively and
courageously to solve every challenge along the way.
IURAN KEHADIRAN IURAN PUBLIK
Indonesia Mengajar recruits, train and sends the best
graduates of Indonesia to serve in various rural villages for a year as Pengajar Muda.
They teach at elementary schools, live with the locals
and encourage community to collaborate for education.
Not everyone can donate their time in the remote areas. But each of us can
participate through donation. Whether as
individual or becoming a fundraiser, inspire your
nearest community to join the movement.
Indonesia Mengajar believes that educational development is a result of a strong nation, where all citizens should take their rights and responsibilities to struggle and take part in
whatever ways to improve education system.
