• Q: The CCP credit hour formula is 30 – (#HS only courses x3) = # ch eligible• A: True! 30 hours per year, 120 max
• Q: When awarding HS credit for CCP courses, one three credit hour or more college course equals one HS unit.• A: True! Includes any separate labs for the course.
• Q: When awarding HS credit for CCP courses, you must match the HS and college curriculum. • A: False! It is content area, not curriculum specific.

• Q: When awarding HS credit for CCP courses, if courses are weighted on the HS side, then the CCP course is also weighted (and vice versa). • A: True! You cannot disadvantage a student because
they choose one or the other.
• Q: Admission to the CCP program is the same as course placement. • A: False! Some courses require certain scores on the
ACT/SAT or YSU-administered placement tests.

• REMINDERS!• Rules are not final until January/February
• Public hearings are scheduled for late December
• Rules (3333-1-65) do not restate the law (ORC 3365)

3333-1-65.1: Notice to Students
•March 1 is changed to February 1
•April 1 Letter of Intent remains, but students encouraged to submit beginning February 1
•Include information on summer term
•Student transfers: responsibility falls on student to notify college, new and old school
•Annual Information Sessions: October 15 – January 15
•College/University includes course registration deadlines for each term

3333-1-65.11: Summer Eligibility
•Students who are failing either a HS or college course are not eligible for summer
•Graduating seniors are ineligible
•Non-public students can enroll in summer provided they met eligibility for CCP previously (verifying with state)
•Summer courses are added to the HS transcript for the upcoming school year (ex: Summer 16 courses listed under 16-17year)

•Upon receipt/review of all pre-term statements, if student exceeds 30 hour limit, school notifies student• Provides two options: • Comply with 30

•Awarding of funds no longer follows grade level• All students awarded one allocation unit and continues until
