31 VERTICAL ELEMENTS FORMWORK SOLUTIONS COMAX WALL FORMWORK COMAX is a high-performance modular wall formwork system used to create concrete columns and walls. It is versatile, robust and adaptable for both small and large construction sites. It has been designed to be quick crane handled for fast and safe production. Panels can be positioned both vertically and horizontally, and quickly connected with clamps and Z bar ties. The steel-framed panels may be powder-coated or galvanised and have a high twisting resistance. The panels allow for the use of push-pull props and pouring platforms with handrails and the system is easy to maintain for multiple reuse. It has a pouring capacity of fresh concrete casting pressure rate of 80kN/m2. The Condor Adatto is a high-quality aluminium modular wall formwork system with a high-performance pouring capacity and a fresh concrete casting pressure rate of 60 kN/m2.
It is quick and easy to manhandle for fast and safe production. The steel-framed Comax panels may be combined with the aluminium framed Adatto panels, as they have the same profile of 120mm thick frame.
