Monday
On this day I woke up with an idea "Today is the day when I am going to Poland, yeah!“ We arrived in Rybnik at noon and we were waiting in the Ursuline school to meet the others. There met groups from overall 5 different countries - France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. Then, when we met the students, we spent the rest of the day with them. So we had an opportunity to understand better not only them, but also Rybnik and its surroundings.

Tuesday
In the morning there was a welcome speech at the Ursuline school, it was followed by an English lesson and after lunch we had an excursion to Auschwitz. It wasn t exactly the best afternoon for our Polish friends , because most of them have very strong feelings about the Auschwitz history and what was going on there earlier. But for the others this excursion was also very depressing and sad.

Wednesday
On Wednesday we went for a trip to Krakow and visitated the salt mines in Wieliczka. We were leaving from Rybnik in the early hours of the morning, because this day´s programme was demanding. The first stop was at the Wavel castle, then we visited the "Old Town Square“ where we were divided into two large groups. The first one had a chance to look around here and the other one went for a sightseeing tour of the Jagellonian University and vice versa. Together we met again about two hours later and we had time to walk around the city, have lunch, so some shopping... Later in the afternoon we were in Wieliczka.

Thursday
This day was probably the most challenging of all days. The programme was workshops. We had a choice among these topics - Human Rights, Ideal and school rules and Art. In the afternoon we presented our topic. In the evening the school prepared for us a very hearty festive dinner, which had three courses - main dish, dessert and a variety of snacks. It was the last time, when we could be all together.
Friday
Friday was the last day. Everyone was saying goodbye to everyone, exchanging phone numbers and addresse,s and taking the last group photos. We left happy, full of experiences and regret that those 5 wonderful days had passed so quickly and we had to go home. It was really hard for us to say the last goodbye.
I want to thank all the people who organized this Comenius camp for the amazing time spent inRybnik .
I am grateful that I had a chance to make new friends.
