Findings• City staff find that the application for the rezoning to

Master Planned Development meets the requirements set forth in the Land Development Code– Development Orders (2.05.05); and– Zoning Map Amendments (2.06.03).

• A neighborhood meeting was held on October 18, 2013 as required by the LDC.

• The Planning and Land Development Regulation Board recommended approval to City Council of Application No. 2648, subject to the conditions in the Master Planned Development Agreement, including site plan approval by the PLDRB.

• City staff recommend approval.
