ABOUT US:
erfect Deals Company Limited is a general merchandise supplies company. It was
founded in 2014 and registered and incorporated as a Company on 23rd February 2017
under Companies Act 2015. Its main focus is effective and efficient provision of general
merchandise and supplies to both private and government sectors. It pools together the efforts of
young minds, with great interpersonal skills and versatility to perform duties. Perfect Deals Co.
Ltd aims at provision of a wide variety of goods and services.
Our office located at Uganda House, 8th Floor room No 312. Kenyatta Avenue, Nairobi for
effective management and coordination of all activities involved from sourcing, packaging, and
delivery to monitoring the communication with the customers. Perfect Deals Co. Ltd believes
that quality performance is a result of ability to understand client’s specific needs, and provide
goods and services to resolve the demands of the organization. We at Perfect Deals Co. Ltd, will
work with you by listening, understanding your needs and timely supply of the goods and
services for effective sustainability of your company’s / organization’s operations. These efforts

(iv) Supply of mineral distilled drinking water
We supply purified and distilled drinking water in various quantities ranging from 500ml, 1000ml, 10 Litres and 20 Litres or more as per customers’ requirements. At Perfect Deals we also can brand the bottled water as per specifications of the client.

(v) Provision of Safaricom, Telkom and Airtel airtime.
We at Perfect Deals do understand that communication is very paramount in a given organization. We therefore provide calling scratch cards and airtime to our customers. They include calling cards from all network providers in Kenya such as Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom. We are here to keep you connected every time, anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:
• The Operations Manager is responsible for smooth running of Company’s day to day operations.
• Effecting compliance of policies and procedures by ensuring they are followed by all concerned parties within and without the Company.
• Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
• Maintaining the operational performance of the company.
(3) Procurement & Logistics Manager
Ms. Lucy N Ndambuki, B.A Business Administration (Kisii University)
Key Responsibilities:
• Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems.
• Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees.
• Managing all aspects of the company’s supply chain and ensuring performance reports.
• Processing LPOs from Procuring entities and ensuring they are timely acted upon.
• Consolidating, budgeting, forecasting and seeking approvals.
