In our weekly (“TGIF”) meengs—not to menon over email or in the cafe—Team members ask quesons directly to Head of BBusiness Development, and other senior managers about any number of company issues. Our offices are designed to encour-age interacons within and across teams, and to spark conversaon about work as well as play.

Elizabeth Sloane is acvely engaged in various CSR acvies, which are mainly divided into agriculture, social entrepreneurship and vocaonal train-ing and rural youth development. Our main partner is the Jamaica Rural Youth Foundaon. Ten (10%) percent of all profit generated is contributed

to our Corporate and Social Responsibility.
