Rested Brain / Tired Brain Student athletes who get an average of 8+ hours of sleep per night perform better in strength, speed, agility, endurance, cognitive recall, and short term memory tests by an average of 15% over students who get 6 or fewer hour of sleep per night. •Consumptionofalcoholdirectlyrelatestodecreasedathleticperformance-decreasedspeed,endurance,agility,strength,andconcentration;allkeyfactorsinthesuccessofanathlete.

•Onenightofdrinkingcanerase2weeksofathletictraining........14daysoflosttrainingeffect....trainfortwoweeksjusttothrowitallaway-Don’twasteyourtime!

•Theresidualeffectofalcoholorahangoverhasbeenshowntoreduceperformancebyanaverageof11.4%ineliteathleteperformance.

•Sleepisaclearpredictorofperformance!Withtenhoursofsleepyouwillperformfaster,stronger,andwithmoreaccuracy!
