How to adopt an artwork Adopt an artwork from our fantastic permanent collection and help us preserve it for future generations.

All artworks in our permanent collection are available for adoption (excluding those on loan). This includes artworks by Joshua Reynolds, Canaletto and Lucas Cranach the Elder.

A list of currently available artworks is available by emailing development@comptonverney.org.uk or calling 01926 645 547, and prices start from £25.

When you have chosen your artwork, please complete the enclosed application form and Gift Aid declaration (if appropriate), tear off the page and send it to us with a donation for the relevant amount. Each adoption lasts for four years, after which you will be invited to renew.

To thank you for your donation, you will be acknowledged within the gallery space with the name(s) you supply on the enclosed application form. You will also receive an adoption certificate and information relating to your chosen artwork. Further benefits may also be discussed for gifts over £1,000.
