In society smartphones improve communication skills via instant messaging. Smartphones improve education by allowing students to access information much easily. They also allow communication in the workplace much faster as the staff can communicate via instant messaging. And finally smartphones can improve social engagement by having a faster way of communication allowing social engagement to become more successful.
