Conex has a comprehensive management plan in place for all employees and subcontractors. All staff

participate in safety walks & tool box talks & all projects have site specific work method statements in

place to ensure all safety requirements & procedures are in place.

PLANNING AND PROJECT DELIVERY

Prior to the commencement of works Conex management team asses projects & take into consideration

environmental factors, cost, existing site conditions, clients anticipated program and provision of

manpower to the project. Conex believes in working with, rather than for our clients as it allows us to as-

similate the needs of our clients & to ensure a positive result on each project.

We have the resources, manpower and management skills to under-

take any project and we believe the key to our success is the experi-

ence and knowledge we have created through the constant changes

in our

industry. Whether it be different sectors, trades or specific client

requirements, Conex Group are able to adapt and manage projects in

a proficient manner and have the resources and expertise to

undertake technically challenging projects.

As an experienced contractor in the construction industry, we have

developed a strong commitment to quality controls. By developing

strong team commitments and ensuring priority with our management,

all employees take a keen interest in their work and report daily to

their foreman. Our office personnel are in constant contact with our site

personnel and they report directly to our Managing Director.

We believe that to deliver an outstanding project to our clients, we must provide quality material and

workmanship by ensuring that all material supplied on each project is of high quality, and all relevant

testing and inspections are carried out to prove their standard.

Our estimating department offer complete trade break up options for quotations to suit individual

SUPPLY & INSTALL

We offer combined trade packages to suit the requirements of each individual project for example:

1. SUPPLY AND PLACE: Excavation, Formwork, Reinforcement, and Concrete

2. PLACE ONLY: Excavation, Formwork, Reinforcement, and Concrete

Alternatively any of our four specialist trades can be selected and provided in a combined package.
