1. Strain-based Pipeline Design
Along with the rapid development of pipeline industry in the past 20 years, pipelines are required to be adaptable in much tougher environments, such as strong seismicin much tougher environments, such as strong seismic regions, and active fault zones. Thus strain-based design (SBD) is developed for making full use of pipeline’s plastic deformability so as to be adaptable to the motionplastic deformability, so as to be adaptable to the motion of surrounding subsoil while causing no damage to its structural stability.

Their costs are generally 30% lower comparing with imported productsimported products.
These hot-press pipe fittings were successfully used in Central Asia gas pipelines as well as WE Line II.

These two spreads welded 41Km with the welding qualification rate being over 95% and 98% separately.

The 3PE coating applied using this technology reached the requiredcorrosion resistancecorrosion resistance.
This technology has successfully been applied to WE Line II.

During 12th Five-year Plan period, China’s total gas liquefying capacity will reach 4.3~5 million tons per day, including 5 million m3/d for coal bed gas liquefaction.m3/d for coal bed gas liquefaction.
China will build three national reserve with an LNG reserve increase of 1.5 million t/d;
A number of small and medium-sized emergency LNG storage tanks will be built in the central and eastern cities, with an total capacity of about 250,000 tons.
It is estimated that by 2015, 16 LNG receiving terminals will be built in Southeast coastal with the receiving capacity exceeding 44 million t/a.
