Tasting Notes This red blenc presents a deep ruby red color
with violet hues. Its complex nose, displays
aromas of red fruits, like plum and berries with
well-incorporated hints of licorish and mocka. On
the mouth, it presents good concentration and
volume. This wine is elegant and round, with soft
and silky tannins and a persistent finish. Enjoy it
with all kinds of red meats and mature cheeses.
Vineyard Growth
Vineyard Origin El encanto Estate, San Felipe.
Soil Mountan piedmont. Coluvial soil, mixed of clay
and high porcentage of stone with high level
of minerals.
Climate Temperate. Luminous and warm day and fresh
at night in summer. High thermal amplitude.
Harvest Hand picked. From March 5 to April 23, 2017

Winery Viña Cono Sur. Santa Elisa Estate. Chimbarongo.
Ageing Process 100% in French oak barrels during 16 months,
1 month in stainless steel tanks.
