The project will host a hotel & a commercial mall backed by L.E. 2 billion investments with the share of NBE expected at 40 % of equity. Project developer announced lately he is negotiating with both the NBE & the CIB to get further loans for the same project which may further reach L.E. 1.5 billion.

Projects Awards Highdelco - High Dam Co. for Electrical Projects declared winner of L.E. 120 million job to revamp power transmission lines at the Southern Valley zone for completion in one year time. Project aims at integrating with ongoing projects to link with African countries. It involves extending power lines of about 300 Km length lines for completion in one year. Project involves the construction of related 300 Km power lines, steel structure towers, extension of cables & wires. Contract represents phase 2 of the second stage of linking East Al Oweinat with the national grid. Hidelco is highly experienced in such works outside Egypt.
