1. Who is the single person responsible to interface with the contractors & CPCC Admin?
Well Delivery Drilling/Completion/Fluids Engineers (PMT).
2. Where can I get the application form?
PCSB PMT can download the form from Wells Portal (“Our Tools”) and e-mail to Contractors office coordinator.
3. Is the process lengthy?
No. Only 3 reviewers required. Should be ready within 7-10 working days.
4. How about the validity of the card being issued by PCSB Regions?
The card is still valid and upon expiry Wells Contractors to apply using this system.
5. Is PTW requirement part of the competency card?
It is only mandatory for Contractor personnel at supervisor position.
6. Is there any new requirement in addition to the one in contracts?
No. Verification of personnel competency is solely based on requirements in contracts.
7. How about emergency cases application?
Ask assistance from PCSB project engineers to expedite within 3 days.
8. What happen if the card is lost?
Contractor office coordinator to request project engineers for replacement card. No penalty given.
9. Is this card also required at PCSB work location outside Malaysia?
This system is not rolled out to PCSB international location yet. Will be informed soon.
10. Do each PMT need to prepare the card for their respective project?
Yes. However should the personnel has the card from previous project, it still can be used.
