TYPICAL CD PACKAGING OF A DIGIPAK The Digipak will usually fold

similarly to a book making it easy to open and close. It is made to fold into a square CD case.

Digipaks are usually used on special edition albums.

Outer packaging usually made out of card whilst the inside is made out of plastic to hold the CD.

FRONT OF DIGIPAKThe front of the digipak usually has a large eye capturing image.

This image in most cases is the artist or has something in relation to the artist.

The album title is usually written boldly on the front of the album cover.

INSIDE DIGIPAKWhen you look inside a digipak you will be able to find the holder for the CD which is usually made out of plastic and see through. You may sometimes be able to see an image behind the CD itself which may give the CD a 3D effect.

In addition to that, sometimes artists like to add a small informative booklet which contains things such as lyrics, personal messages to fans and maybe something sentimental about each song which they have written trying to engage with their fans.
